Chinese manufacturing enterprises are participating in international division of labor and cooperation in the form of overseas M & A. While comprehensively enhancing the development capability of the manufacturing industry in our country, we have promoted the integration of China’s largest manufacturing base in the world and the global industrial system. The latest data from the Ministry of Commerce show that in the first seven months of this year, the non-financial OFDI reached 102.8 billion U.S. dollars, up 61.8 percent, and the amount of overseas mergers and acquisitions by Chinese companies has surpassed the sum of last year’s total.
