目的 :比较过氧乙酸 (PAA)替代甲醛消毒复用透析器的效果。方法 :采用 1%甲醛液、0 .2 %PAA消毒复用透析器各5 0次 ,于透析前及透析 30min、30 0min ,采动脉血观察患者白细胞计数 (WBC)、血小板计数 (BPC)、补体 (C3)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、肌酐 (Cr)、尿素氮 (BUN)的变化。结果 :甲醛法和PAA法消毒透析 30 0min时BUN和Cr较透析前明显降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;而C3和SOD均较透析前升高 (P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 1) ;两种消毒方法透析 30 0min后效果显示 ,除C3外 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余各指标差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :0 .2 %PAA为复用透析器安全可靠、高效无毒的灭菌剂 ,可替代 1%甲醛液作为透析器复用的消毒剂
Objective: To compare the effect of peracetic acid (PAA) replacement formaldehyde dialyzer. Methods: The white blood cell count (WBC), platelet count (BPC) and blood pressure were measured before anesthesia and dialysis for 30 min and 30 min after anesthesia with 1% formaldehyde solution and 0.2% PAA disinfection and reuse dialyzer. Complement (C3), superoxide dismutase (SOD), creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) changes. Results: Compared with pre-dialysis, the levels of BUN and Cr decreased significantly (P <0.01) before dialysis at 30 min by Formaldehyde and PAA methods, while the levels of C3 and SOD were higher than those before dialysis (P <0.05 ~ P < 0. 01). The results of the two disinfection methods after 30 min dialysis showed no significant difference (P> 0.05) except for C3 (P <0.01). Conclusions: 0.2% PAA is a safe, reliable and highly efficient non-toxic sterilant for reusable dialyzers and can replace 1% formaldehyde solution as a disinfectant for dialyzer re-use
