企业的财务活动贯穿了整个企业的生产经营,财务风险是财务管理中非常重要的概念,在一定程度上财务管理活动就是预测、控制、规避来降低财务风险,获取收益的过程。财务风险是一种信号,通过它能够全面综合的反映企业的经营状况,因此企业经营者应该树立风险意识,建立有效的风险防范处理机制。本文主要阐述了我国企业财务风险的种类,存在的原因,并提出了解决措施。
The financial activities of enterprises run through the production and operation of the entire enterprise. The financial risks are very important concepts in financial management. To a certain extent, the financial management activities are the process of predicting, controlling and avoiding to reduce financial risks and gain profits. Financial risk is a kind of signal, through which comprehensively reflects the business status of the enterprise, so the business operators should establish a sense of risk and establish an effective risk prevention mechanism. This paper mainly expounds the types of financial risks in our country, the reasons for their existence, and puts forward the solutions.
