农村的经济发展和进步与农村金融密切相关,农村金融法制建设在建立健全农村金融体系中扮演重要角色。现阶段我国农村金融法制建设过程中还存在一系列的问题,针对这些问题进行分析并提出相应的对策,以期对我国农村金融发展有所助益。
Rural economic development and progress are closely related to rural finance. The construction of rural financial legal system plays an important role in establishing and improving the rural financial system. At the present stage, there are still a series of problems in the process of legal construction of rural finance in our country. According to these problems, the paper analyzes and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in the hope of contributing to the rural financial development in our country.
