在阴离子交换柱上,使用由NaClO_4和HCl组成的淋洗剂可以分离贵金属络合物[AuCl_4]-、[PdCl_4)~2-和(PtCl_6]~2-。这三种络合物可应用紫外光检测法检测,但对金来说,电流检测法有更好的灵敏度和选择性。采用预富集可使检测限达1ppb以下。该方法最适用于在HCI/HNO_3中溶解的样品,因为即使上述三种金属在样品中有不同价态,但经HCl/HNO_3处理后都成为上述的络合物形式。本方法能检测的其它金属还有Fe(Ⅲ)和pb(Ⅱ)。
