煤矿安全监察机构是行政执法机构,煤矿安全监察机构是否切实具备依法行政的执法水平是决定煤矿安全监察工作成效的重要因素。因此,依法正确处理煤矿安全监察工作中的若干重要关系对于搞好煤矿安全监察工作十分重要。本文从煤矿安全监察机构法定职能逐步演变的角度探讨了应依法正确处理煤矿安全监察工作中的若干重要关系。
Coal mine safety supervision agencies are the administrative law enforcement agencies. Whether coal mine safety supervision agencies effectively have the level of law enforcement according to law is an important factor that determines the effectiveness of coal mine safety supervision. Therefore, it is very important for coal mine safety supervision to properly handle some important relations in coal mine safety supervision according to law. In this paper, from the perspective of gradual evolution of statutory functions of coal mine safety supervision agencies, this paper discusses some important relationships that should be properly handled in coal mine safety supervision according to law.
