目的探讨不典型心肌梗死的临床特点及其相关临床分析。方法 2011年3月至2012年3月期间,我院诊治的40例不典型心肌梗死患者,给予常规对症处理后,对其临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果 40例不典型心肌梗死患者,经过相应治疗后,35例治愈出院,5例死亡,治愈率为87.5%。结论对于不典型心肌梗死患者,临床医师要掌握心肌梗死的典型及变异性临床症状和体征,并结合相应辅助检查,才能准确诊断。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and clinical analysis of atypical myocardial infarction. Methods From March 2011 to March 2012, 40 patients with atypical myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were given routine symptomatic treatment and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 40 cases of atypical myocardial infarction patients, after appropriate treatment, 35 patients were cured and 5 patients died, the cure rate was 87.5%. Conclusion For patients with atypical myocardial infarction, clinicians should master the typical and clinical symptoms and signs of myocardial infarction, combined with the corresponding auxiliary examination in order to accurately diagnose.
