[目的]评价人力资源管理对提升医院综合实力所起到的积极推进作用。[方法]对2003~2013年辽宁省肿瘤医院人力资源基本情况进行趋势分析,并分析辽宁省肿瘤医院的综合效益。[结果]2003~2013年医院专业技术人员中博士、硕士人数上升,高级职称人数上升;中层管理人员中博士、硕士人数上升;门诊和住院患者人次数明显增多。2009~2013年较2004~2008年,发表核心期刊论文增幅达107.46%,科研课题增幅达104.11%。[结论]辽宁省肿瘤医院人力资源管理已见成效,对医院综合实力的提高起到了积极作用。
[Objective] To evaluate the active role of human resource management in promoting the comprehensive strength of hospitals. [Methods] The trend of human resource in Liaoning Tumor Hospital from 2003 to 2013 was analyzed, and the comprehensive benefit of Liaoning Tumor Hospital was analyzed. [Results] The number of doctors and masters in hospital increased from 2003 to 2013, while the number of senior professional titles increased. The number of doctors and masters in middle management increased, and the number of outpatients and inpatients increased significantly. Compared with 2004 ~ 2008, the published papers of core journals increased by 107.46% from 2009 to 2013, and the number of research projects increased by 104.11%. [Conclusion] The human resource management of Liaoning Provincial Tumor Hospital has achieved success and played an active role in improving the comprehensive strength of the hospital.
