目的了解勐腊县疟区居民疟疾防治知识知晓的基线情况。方法在全县不同疟区乡(镇、农场)、村、社中,抽取有代表性的村(点)进行逐户逐人问卷调查。结果抽取调查的3个镇9个行政村14个社的4104人口中共问卷2852人,其对蚊虫传播疟疾、疟疾一般治疗方法、使用蚊帐防护疟疾和服药预防疟疾知识的知晓率分别为9·25%、8·74%、5·47%和2·77%。结论勐腊县疟区居民对疟疾防治知识的知晓率较低,需要做大量的卫生宣教工作。
Objective To understand the baseline status of malaria prevention and control knowledge among malaria residents in Malaria, Mengla County. Methods Representative villages (points) were selected from townships (towns, farms), villages, and communities in different malaria districts of the county to conduct household-by-house surveys. Results A total of 2 852 questionnaires were collected from the 4104 population of 4 communities of 9 administrative villages in 3 towns surveyed in 3 towns. The awareness rates of mosquito-borne malaria, general malaria treatment methods, protection of malaria using mosquito nets, and knowledge of malaria prevention were 9.2 respectively. %, 8.74%, 5.47%, and 2.77%. Conclusion Malaria residents in Mala County have low awareness of malaria control knowledge and need to do a lot of health education.
