酒井宽一(1974)、D.Rudin(1976)、P.P.Feret(1978)等对同工酶在林木遗传育种中的应用作了评述。
In recent ten years, the application of isozymes in tree genetic breeding has been developing rapidly. European Economic Common Rest (EEC) Organization In Brussels, Belgium, in 1977, two conference on forest biochemistry and genetics was held in Umere, Sweden in 1978. In 1979, the United States held a seminar on the application of isozymes in tree genetic breeding and forest insects in Berkeley, California. A team at the 1981 IUFRO conference in Japan devoted to isozymes. In 1981, Japan held a seminar on the application of isoenzyme in tree breeding at Nagoya University. These conferences have played a positive role in further studying the application of isozymes in tree genetics and breeding. Shigeki Ishii (1974), D. Rudin (1976), P. P. Feret (1978) reviewed the application of isozymes in tree breeding. Hans-J.muhs (1981) reported on the progress of the isozymes in the woodlands of European countries from 1976 to 1981, such as Picea (?) Cbies (Karst), Pinus sylvestris L .), Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb) Franco, Pinus nigra Arn, Larix decidua Mill, Fopulus tremula L. and Fagus sylvatica L., And other species of genetic analysis, a total of 12 kinds of enzyme system, found about 30 gene loci, an average of more than two alleles per locus. According to incomplete statistics, the countries that have established isoenzyme laboratories in the world and carried out research in this field are: the United States, Canada, the Soviet Union, Denmark, Finland, France,
