近一段时间来,各大商业银行都在积极筹备推出固定利率房贷业务,据悉,光大银行已经向监管部门递交了试点固定利率个人住房贷款的申请材料,该行将会选择在沿海城市先行试点固定利率房贷,首期推出的固定利率(5年期)可能会在6%～7%之间。工商银行上海分行的人士亦表示,该行也计划推出5年期业务。一时间,种种关于固定利率房贷的讨论渐热。
