[目的]探讨健脾疏肝活血方对H22肝癌小鼠瘤组织VEGF-C基因表达的影响。[方法]采用细胞接种的方法建立小鼠H22肝癌动物模型,将小鼠分为正常组,模型组,环磷酰胺组,健脾疏肝活血方低、中、高剂量6组,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测血管内皮细胞生长因子C(VEGF-C)。[结果]健脾疏肝活血方中剂量组下调VEGF-C的基因表达,与模型组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而健脾疏肝活血方低、高剂量组VEGF-C的基因表达下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]健脾疏肝活血方下调下调肝癌组织VEGF-C的基因表达,抑制肿瘤血管的生成是治疗肝癌的分子机制之一。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Recipe on VEGF-C gene expression in tumor tissue of H22 hepatoma mice. [Methods] The mouse H22 hepatocarcinoma model was established by cell inoculation. The mice were divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, cyclophosphamide group, Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Fang low, medium and high dose groups, Vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) was detected by polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). [Result] The expression of VEGF-C gene in Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Fang medium dose group was significantly lower than that in model group (P <0.01), while the expression of VEGF-C in Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Fang low dose and high dose group Of the gene expression decreased, but not statistically significant (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Fang down-regulates the gene expression of VEGF-C in hepatocellular carcinoma and inhibits tumor angiogenesis is one of the molecular mechanisms for the treatment of liver cancer.
