在车床上车削铭牌表以内的螺纹时,挂轮调整是不成问题的。但当加工模数制螺纹、径节制螺纹以及铭牌表以外的其它螺纹时,就需按公式进行计算并选取传动误差尽可能小的一组挂轮。这时,必须熟悉所操作的车床进给系统的传动比和备有的挂轮。对于 C618车床共备有11个挂轮,它们的齿数是:36、44、45、48、70、80、90、95、96、120和1127。讲顿孔位有6个,分别为:(16/24)、(20/24)、(24/24)、(28/24)、(32/24)和(40/24)。排档位有2个,分别为:(Ⅰ)(26/52)和(Ⅱ)(52/26)。车床丝杠螺距为6mm。车削螺纹的挂轮比计算公式如下:
