(一九八六年十一月二日通过)第四次会员代表大会听取了学会常务理事孙海宁同志关于修改会章情况的报告,对“江苏省水利学会章程草案”进行了认真的讨论,决定予以原则通过,由学会秘书处对个别文字,根据代表意见进行适当修改,由常务理事会审查后贯彻执行,并报请江苏省科学技术协会和中国水利学会备案。
