反应时间及闪声融合频率测试软件采用Ｃ语言与汇编语言混合编程，反应时间及闪声频率的时基信号均取自于微机内的时钟定时器信号——与微机中央处理器（ＣＰＵ）无关，可在不同档次微机上得到相同的结果。软件特点和功能为：视反应时信号有黄、红、蓝和绿色，听反应时信号有５００、１０００、２０００和４０００Ｈｚ纯音；闪声融合频率测试包括脉冲声和双音调闪声融合频率测试以及限时脉冲声和双音调闪声融合频率测试。脉冲刺激声载波频率或双音调中心频率为５００、１０００、２０００和４０００Ｈｚ，脉冲声占空比和双音调时程比均为１∶１；双音调闪声音程带宽从１／１到１／１２０倍频程共２１档，闪声频率从１Ｈｚ到９９Ｈｚ连续可调。
