分析在轧制线中清除电焊管纵向内毛刺的方法指出,机械的方法是最有效的。然而,由于切削工具的寿命低和被切掉的毛刺排出困难,致使轧机经常停车,生产率降低和产生大量的废品。在利用带循环旋转的切削刀具时,可以显著地提高工具的寿命。在乌拉尔工艺科学研究所研究出一种辊式旋转的新型切削装置,其外缘是刀具的前表面,而端面是其后表面。这时,刀具切削刃的外缘曲率半径在接触的地方等于管子的半径。为此,接触不是点而是线,这实际上保证沿毛刺的全宽均匀地切除毛刺。在切削时,毛刺向旁边移动并被旋转的刀具前表面引导到毛刺清除器之后。
Analysis of the method of removing burrs in the longitudinal direction of a welded pipe in a rolling line indicates that a mechanical method is most effective. Tool life can be significantly improved by using cutting tools with cyclic rotation. At the Ural Institute of Process Science, a new type of rotary cutting device has been developed whose outer edge is the front surface of the tool and the end surface is the rear surface. At this point, the radius of curvature of the outer edge of the cutting edge of the tool is equal to the radius of the tube at the point of contact. For this reason, the contact is not a point but a line, which in fact guarantees that the burr is evenly removed along the full width of the burr. During cutting, the burr moves sideways and is guided by the rotating cutter front surface to the deburrer.
