目的:探讨5S管理法应用于ICU药品管理的效果,为更好加强医院药品管理提供参考。方法:温州医科大学附属第二医院ICU病房自2016年2月起开始采用5S管理理论对药品管理进行干预,于干预前和干预后3个月对药品应用效率进行评价,对药品管理情况进行评分。结果:实施5S管理后药品应用效率优良率达到91.91%,明显高于实施前50%的比例;实施5S管理后毒麻药品管理、药品储存方法、抢救车药品摆放、药品合格情况以及其他得分分别为(47.32±2.38)分、(46.77±2.52)分、(46.49±2.20)分、(48.81±2.45)分和(47.38±2.55)分,明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:5S管理法应用于ICU药品管理具有良好的效果,具有积极作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of applying 5S management method in ICU drug administration and to provide reference for better management of hospital drug administration. Methods: The ICU ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University began to use 5S management theory to intervene the drug management since February 2016. The drug application efficiency was evaluated before intervention and 3 months after intervention, and the drug administration was evaluated . Results: After the implementation of 5S management, the rate of excellent drug application efficiency reached 91.91%, which was significantly higher than that of the first 50% implementation. After 5S management, the administration of drug substance, the storage method of drug substance, the display of drugs in rescue vehicle, the qualification of drugs and other scores (47.32 ± 2.38), (46.77 ± 2.52), (46.49 ± 2.20) points, (48.81 ± 2.45) points and (47.38 ± 2.55) points respectively, which were significantly higher than those before the implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The 5S management method has good effect in ICU drug administration and has a positive effect.
