消费信贷是把消费者的潜在需求转变为现实的有效需求的重要途径,它对扩大内需,保持国民经济持续稳定增长具有十分重要的作用。在我国消费信贷尚属起步阶段,为促进消费信贷的健康有序发展,政府陆续出台了一系列政策措施,旨在将消费信贷作为新的经济增长点。但是,实际效果并不容乐观,绝大多数消费者对消费信贷持乐观态度,信用消费还处于“叫好不叫座”的状态。 由于消费信贷涉及银行、消费者和商家等三方面的当事人,以及与之相配套的市场环境和社会环境。因此,从这几方面看,都存在着制约消费信贷发展的因素,同时,我们必须在这些表面因素中,找到更深层次的原因,从而更好地促进我国消费信贷的发展。
Consumer credit is an important way to transform the potential demand of consumers into realistic and effective demand. It plays an important role in expanding domestic demand and maintaining sustained and steady growth of the national economy. In China, consumer credit is still in its infancy. In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of consumer credit, the government has successively promulgated a series of policies and measures aimed at using consumer credit as a new economic growth point. However, the actual effect is not optimistic. The vast majority of consumers are optimistic about consumer credit, and credit consumption is still in a state of “noisy”. As consumer credit involves banks, consumers and businesses in three areas, as well as the matching market environment and social environment. Therefore, judging from these aspects, there are all the factors restricting the development of consumer credit. At the same time, we must find deeper reasons for these factors and thus promote the development of consumer credit in our country.
