研究了快速冷却下AZ91+x%La(x=0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2)镁合金的显微组织和热变形过程。通过Gleeble-1500D试验机进行三道次热压缩试验,应变速率为0.001~1/s,每道次压缩温度为400、350、300℃,每道次变形量为20%、10%、10%,总变形量为35.2%左右。该流变应力曲线呈明显的动态再结晶特征。
The microstructure and thermal deformation process of AZ91 + x% La (x = 0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2) magnesium alloy under rapid cooling were investigated. Three times of hot compression tests were carried out on a Gleeble-1500D testing machine. The strain rate was 0.001-1 / s and the compression temperature was 400, 350 and 300 ℃ per pass. The deformation per pass was 20%, 10% and 10% , The total deformation is about 35.2%. The flow stress curve shows obvious dynamic recrystallization characteristics.
