作者用多火花动光弹仪记录了炸药爆炸后光弹模型中裂缝产生、扩展和贯穿的动态过程以及驱动裂纹扩展的应力场的动态应力条纹。根据实验结果分析和讨论了与光面爆破机理有关的几个问题:(1)炮孔用围裂纹的产生与扩展,(2)相邻炮孔同时起爆时炮孔之间裂缝的贯穿,(3)起爆时差对炮孔之间裂缝贯穿的影响。为深入研究光面爆破机理提供了新的实验方法和实验依据。
The authors used a multi-sparking photoelastic instrument to record the dynamic processes of crack initiation, propagation and penetration in the photoelastic model after explosive explosion and the dynamic stress fringes of the stress field driving the crack propagation. Based on the experimental results, several problems related to the smooth blasting mechanism were analyzed and discussed: (1) the generation and expansion of the surrounding cracks for the blastholes, and (2) the penetration of the cracks between the blastholes when the adjacent blastholes were simultaneously detonated. 3) Influence of initiation time difference on crack penetration between blastholes. It provides a new experimental method and experimental basis for further study of the mechanism of smooth blasting.
