评价螺旋ＣＴ三维重建在骨关节损伤中的应用价值。３０ 例骨关节损伤病例全部接受Ｘ线片、螺旋ＣＴ扫描及三维重建，将螺旋ＣＴ获得的容积数据传入到工作站，通过计算机软件进行后处理，重建出骨关节三维图像。全部病例均满意地显示出三维重建图像。螺旋ＣＴ骨关节三维重建能直观、立体、多角度清晰显示骨关节损伤，成为临床上重要的诊断工具。
Evaluation of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction of bone and joint damage in the value. All 30 patients with bone and joint injuries underwent X-ray, spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction. The volume data obtained by spiral CT were transmitted to the workstation and processed by computer software to reconstruct the three-dimensional images of the bone and joint. All cases showed satisfactory 3D reconstruction images. Three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT bone and joint can intuitively, stereoscopically and multi-angle clearly show the bone and joint injuries and become a clinically important diagnostic tool.
