1966年2月21日至27日,第八机械工业部、冶金工业部在鞍山联合召开了稀土硅锰犁鏵鋼技术鑑定和普通低合金高强度鋼推广会。参加这次会议的有使用、生产、研究、设计、教学等52个有关单位,约100人。 会议首先听取了全国机械产品设计革命工作会议上的有关报告,并进行了热烈讨论。大家一致认为,要实现农业机械产品设计革命化,首先必须思想革命化。只有革命化的思想,才能出先进的产品。
February 21, 1966 to 27, the 8th Ministry of Machinery Industry, Metallurgical Industry in Anshan jointly held a rare earth Si-Mn plowshare Hua technical identification and general promotion of low-alloy high-strength steel.
