随着社会经济发展和医药卫生改革的逐步深化,人民群众的医疗卫生需求得到了进一步释放,面向基层的卫生资源下沉和医疗保健关口前移,使原有的乡村卫生管理体制机制已远远不能满足日益增长的基层卫生服务的要求。为应对挑战,研究者通过构建符合当地社会经济发展水平和卫生服务现状的乡村卫生服务一体化适宜模式,以破解困扰青海省基层卫生发展的难题,提高青海省农牧区乡、村两级医疗卫生机构的服务能力,促进农牧民对基层卫生服务的利用,从而提高农牧民健康水平。
