“数字图书馆推广工程”与“公共电子阅览室的建设计划”是我国“十二五”期间的一项重大文化工程。工程实施以来成效显著,不仅实现了数字资源的共建共享,提高数字资源的利用率,还提升了各地图书馆的硬件实力。这项“文化盛宴”的推广与建设,大幅度的提高国民的文化涵养与技能。下一步工程将在既有成果的基础上,完善各类硬件、软件的建设,提升各项业务水平和服务能力。
“Digital Library Promotion Project” and “Public Electronic Reading Room Construction Plan” is a major cultural project in China during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period. Since the implementation of the project, the project has achieved remarkable results. It has not only realized the co-construction and sharing of digital resources, but also improved the utilization of digital resources and the hardware strength of libraries. This “cultural feast ” promotion and construction, a substantial increase in national cultural conservation and skills. The next step will be based on the existing achievements, improve the construction of various types of hardware and software, enhance the level of business and service capabilities.
