目的:对丁香花蕾部分的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用柱层析方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析确定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了1个没食子酸酯酚苷,命名为methyl2-O-(6’-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosylbenzoate。结论:化合物1为新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of buds of clove. Methods: The column chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. The physicochemical properties and spectral analysis were used to determine the structure of the compounds. Results: One gallate glycoside was isolated and identified and designated as methyl2-O-(6’-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosylbenzoate. Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound.
