目的:探讨急性髓系白血病细胞中β-catenin和MMP-7表达的意义。方法:急性髓系白血病患者21例(病例组),非恶性血液病患者14例(对照组),采用免疫组织化学SP法测定骨髓单个核细胞(BMMNC)β-catenin和MMP-7的表达水平,记录免疫积分和表达阳性率。结果:病例组BMMNC中β-catenin和MMP-7的免疫积分分别为(88.17±36.58)和(74.79±35.39),阳性率分别为(50.75±34.78)%和(46.42±26.14)%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组β-catenin和MMP-7的免疫积分和阳性率均呈正相关关系(r分别为0.576,0.593,P均<0.05)。病例组伴有肝脾淋巴结肿大的患者β-catenin和MMP-7的免疫积分和阳性率均高于无肝脾淋巴结肿大者(P<0.05)。结论:急性髓系白血病细胞中β-catenin和MMP-7的表达呈正相关,2者与急性髓系白血病细胞髓外浸润有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of β-catenin and MMP-7 in acute myeloid leukemia cells. Methods: The expression of β-catenin and MMP-7 in bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNC) was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 21 patients with acute myeloid leukemia (case group) and 14 patients with non-hematologic malignancies (control group) , Record the immune integral and expression positive rate. Results: The immunological integral of β-catenin and MMP-7 in BMMNC were (88.17 ± 36.58) and (74.79 ± 35.39) cases respectively, the positive rates were (50.75 ± 34.78)% and (46.42 ± 26.14)% In the control group (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the immunological scores and the positive rates of β-catenin and MMP-7 in the case group (r = 0.576, 0.593, P <0.05 respectively). The positive rates of β-catenin and MMP-7 in cases with hepatosplenomegaly were higher than those without hepatosplenomegaly (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of β-catenin and MMP-7 in acute myeloid leukemia cells are positively correlated, and both are related to the extramedullary infiltration of acute myeloid leukemia cells.
