随着教育形势的不断发展,使得小班化教育成为了可能。我校在推进小班化教育的同时,注意了教师专业化发展。1.改革教师评价机制,使追求专业发展成为教师的自觉行动。为了让教师能有明晰的个人发展目标,学校根据小班化教育的要求和新课改的要求,提出了做“四个一型”教师的教师发展目标,即:教师能上好一门专业课,开设一门选修课,参加一项课题研究,指导一个研究性学习课题。对教师的评价不局限于教学成绩,更根据“四个一型”教师的要求加入了育人成绩、校本课程开设、研究性学习开设、参与科研课题等相关内容。
