本文利用系统科学的耗散理论和协同论对医院管理信息系统(HIS)的有序化模式进行初步探讨,提出应象对待算法结构一样重视HIS系统的输入输出,要特别注重降低HIS与其使用者之间的阻滞强度和距离,提高系统的协同程度,使HIS应用呈现整体大于加和的系统优越性。
This dissertation uses the dissipative theory of system science and synergy theory to discuss the ordering pattern of hospital management information system (HIS). It is proposed that the input and output of the HIS system should be treated as much as the algorithm structure. Special attention should be paid to reducing the HIS and its users. The block strength and distance between them improve the system’s degree of synergy, so that the HIS application presents an overall greater system advantage than additive.
