目的:观察分析药剂科的“五常化”管理的方法及效果。方法:分析药剂科实施“五常化”管理的原则、方法,比较分析实行“五常化”管理2年前后药房环境、库存维持、药品配发、患者满意度情况。结果:经过3年五常化管理坚持进行,药房工作环境得到较好改善,工作效率及工作质量明显提升,患者满意度提高。结论:药剂科实行“五常化”管理,能够较好的增进药剂科的工作效率,提高患者对药剂科工作的满意度,值得推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the methods and effects of Pharmacy’s “Wuchanghua” management. Methods: To analyze the principles and methods of “five normalizations” management in pharmacy department, comparative analysis and implementation of “Wuchanghua” management pharmacy environment, inventory maintenance, drug distribution and patient satisfaction two years ago. Results: After three years of five-permanent management, the working environment of the pharmacy was improved. The work efficiency and quality of work were significantly improved, and patient satisfaction was improved. Conclusion: The pharmacy department carries out the management of “Wuchanghua ”, which can better promote the efficiency of pharmacy and improve the patients’ satisfaction with pharmacy. It is worth popularizing and using.
