本文作者应用北京市制药厂出品的降糖灵(Phenethybiguanide)于門診及住院糖尿患者49例,共观察三个月以上。每例皆有对照观察期2～4周。药物用法分为:单用降糖灵20例,D860加降糖灵20例,胰島素加降糖灵9例。剂量为降糖灵每日75毫克分三次口服。1～2周若无明显反应,則漸增至每日150～200毫克,分8～4次服用,个別病例用到每日300毫克。在飲食控制方面門診病人每日主食7两～1斤者32例,5～6两7例。住院病人每日主食7～8两者7例,6两2
The authors applied 49 samples of outpatients and inpatients with diabetes mellitus (Phenethybiguanide) produced by Beijing Pharmaceutical Factory for more than three months. Each case has a control observation period of 2 to 4 weeks. Drug usage is divided into: 20 cases of hypoglycemic alone, D860 plus hypoglycemic 20 cases, 9 cases of insulin plus hypoglycemic. Dose of hypoglycemic daily 75 mg orally three times. 1 to 2 weeks if no significant reaction, then gradually increased to 150 to 200 mg per day, divided into 8 to 4 times taken, 300 mg daily for individual cases.
