用X射线衍射、萃取碳复型样品的电子衍射、金属薄膜等方法对汽车用热镀锌板Fe-Al合金的组织结构进行了分析,结果表明,当锌液中的Al浓度小于0.15%时,Fe-Al层主要由Fe2Al5金属间化合物组成。在此基础上用EET理论对组成Fe-Al层的主要物相Fe2Al5金属间化合物晶体的结合能进行了计算。
The microstructure of Fe-Al alloy for automobile hot dip galvanized steel sheets was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, electron diffraction and carbon film of carbon composite sample. The results show that when the concentration of Al in zinc solution is less than 0.15 %, The Fe-Al layer mainly consists of Fe2Al5 intermetallic compounds. Based on this, the binding energies of the Fe2Al5 intermetallic compounds, the major phase of the Fe-Al layer, were calculated by EET theory.
