警务督察责任即是对行政执法权力的限制。公安机关警务督察在依法行政的进程中,还存在许多与行政法治的要求不相和谐的因素。督察程序不规范,监督体制不完善,督察责任制度不完善等。督察人员必须正确地认识和理解我国相关法规对警务督察内涵的规定,完善督察责任追究制度,健全督察责任制的实体规范,加强对自身依法行政的素质培养,使我国的警务督察制度进一步得以完善。
