新经济正以不可逆转的趋势,深刻影响着世界经济的发展。中国作为发展中国家,越来越明显地感受到新经济对人们传统观念、生活消费习惯、企业经营乃至整个经济的影响。随着中国加入WTO的日益临近,中国与世界经济,以及与新经济的相融合,已经成为不可阻挡的大趋势。面对新的经济时期,党的十五届五中全会制定了大力推进国民经济和社会信息化,以信息化带动工业化,发挥后发优势,实现社会生产力跨越式发展的伟大战略。我们通过对新经济和中国新时期跨越式发展战略的讨论,以及通过新经济在宏观调控政策和管理革命的启示,抛砖引玉,以期引起全社会对新经济的充分认识和深入研究,使新经济逐步成为我国社会主义现代化建设的有力武器。
