主要介绍压水堆核电厂专设安全设施电气控制逻辑系统和装置的功能、用途、设计原则及特点。该装置在核电厂发生失水,失电或同时发生失水和失电事故时,在接到安全保护系统的信号后,能自动、迅速、准确地按给定的程序和预先规定的时间间隔发出信号。失水、失电动作信号同时存在时,优先执行失水动作程序。装置逻辑线路设计合理,结构简单、运行可靠,经济效益高。装置可靠度经过可靠性和DMA(disgraph matrix analysis)法计算。系统采用“多重”和“独立”的原则;元件选用CMOS并能在线进行自动或手动自检。装置经过外磁场干扰试验、整机高温试验,长期运行考核及抗震试验,性能良好,证实它具有实用性并用于我国即将建成的秦山核电厂。
Mainly introduces the function, purpose, design principle and characteristic of the electrical control logic system and device of the dedicated safety facilities of PWR nuclear power plant. The device in the nuclear power plant water loss, power loss or both water loss and power failure, after receiving the signal of the safety protection system, automatically, quickly and accurately according to the given procedures and pre-defined time interval transmit signal. Loss of water, loss of power signal at the same time, prior to the implementation of water loss action program. The logical circuit design of the device is reasonable, the structure is simple, the operation is reliable, and the economic benefits are high. The reliability of the device is calculated by reliability and the disgraph matrix analysis (DMA) method. The system adopts the principle of “multiple” and “independent”; the component selects CMOS and can perform automatic or manual self-test online. After the external magnetic field interference test device, high temperature test machine, long-term operation of the assessment and seismic test, good performance, it has proven its usefulness and used in China’s upcoming Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant.
