制定了TBM(隧道掘进机)刀圈用DC53钢的热处理工艺:550℃×30 min、850℃×30 min预热→970/1000/1030/1060/1090℃×20 min淬火(60℃油淬)→550℃×1 h×2次回火。对比分析了不同温度淬火后的金相组织、晶粒度、硬度以及回火后的冲击韧度。结果表明,在1000~1030℃淬火,淬火马氏体组织较好,质量较高,综合力学性能最佳。结果能为DC53钢刀圈淬火工艺的优化提供参考。
The heat treatment process of DC53 steel for TBM (tunnel boring machine) cutter was developed: 550 ℃ × 30 min, preheating at 850 ℃ × 30min → 970/1000/1030/1060/1090 ℃ × 20min quenching ) → 550 ℃ × 1 h × 2 tempering. The microstructure, grain size, hardness and impact toughness after tempering were compared and analyzed. The results show that quenching at 1000 ~ 1030 ℃ quenched martensite better, higher quality, the best comprehensive mechanical properties. The result can provide a reference for the optimization of quenching process of DC53 steel cutter ring.
