分析了影响管制员应激行为的主客观因素,建立了管制员应激影响因素结构方程模型,并通过路径系数图直观表示潜在变量与观测变量之间联系,实现对应激影响因素的实证研究.对某空管局200名管制员定量测量数据进行分析,结果表明,管制能力对管制员应激调节能力影响最强(0.69),安全氛围对管制员应激中介效应最强(0.40),扇区复杂度通过管制能力、操作安全性等中介因素间接对管制员应激调节能力产生影响.本文得出的结论对于更有针对性的加强管制员应激影响因素管理具有重要的现实意义.
The subjective and objective factors that affect the controller’s stress behavior are analyzed. The structural equation model of the controller’s stress factors is established, and the relationship between the latent variables and the observed variables is visually represented through the path coefficient graph. The analysis of the quantitative data of 200 ATC controllers showed that the regulatory capacity had the strongest impact on the controller’s ability to regulate stress (0.69), that the safety climate had the strongest (0.40) stress on the controllers and that the fans The complexity of the district indirectly affects the regulator’s ability to regulate stress through the intermediary factors such as control ability and operational safety.The conclusions drawn in this paper are of important practical significance for more targeted management of the stress factors in the controller.
