目的 :为了观察中药颈椎 号对模拟颈神经根大鼠血浆中 6-酮 -前列腺素 F1α(6-K-PGF1α)和血栓素 B2 (TXB2 )含量的影响。方法 :将 4 0只模拟颈神经根炎 Wistar大鼠随机分为四组 :颈椎 号中剂量组、颈椎 号高剂量组、颈复康组及空白对照组 ,分别给予颈椎 号中剂量、高剂量、颈复康及凉开水 ,于造模后 1 4天 ,取血浆进行 6-K-PGF1α和 TXB2 含量的放射免疫测定。结果 :颈椎 号中剂量、高剂量可以明显减轻模型鼠血浆中的 6-K-PGF1α和 TXB2 含量。结论 :颈椎 号对模拟颈神经根炎具有良好的活血化瘀功效
OBJECTIVE : To observe the effect of Chinese herbal cervical spine on the content of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-K-PGF1α) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in plasma of rats imitation cervical nerve roots. METHODS: Forty Wistar rats with simulated cervical radiculitis were randomly divided into four groups: cervical vertebral medium dose group, cervical vertebral high dose group, cervical feikang group, and blank control group. Cervical vertebral mid dose and high dose were given respectively. , NJF and cold water, plasma was taken for radioimmunoassay of 6-K-PGF1α and TXB2 at 14 days after modeling. Results : The middle and high doses of cervical spine can significantly reduce the 6-K-PGF1α and TXB2 levels in the plasma of model rats. Conclusion : Cervical spine has good blood circulation and phlegm-removing effect on cervical radiculitis
