随着劳动力成本的上升,国内企业以廉价劳动力带来的产品价格优势正在逐步丧失,加快创新步伐、提升产品科技含量成为企业谋求生存和发展的必然选择。目前,部分民营企业已经意识到创新对企业发展的重要意义,并付诸具体行动,不断加大科技创新投入,企业发展进入快车道。本文以民营企业发源地浙江温州乐清为例,对民营企业目前创新模式进行了调研和归纳总结,努力为国内企业创新发展提供可借鉴的范本。
With the rise of labor cost, the price advantage brought by domestic enterprises brought by cheap labor is gradually losing. Accelerating the pace of innovation and upgrading the technological content of products have become the inevitable choice for enterprises to survive and develop. At present, some private-owned enterprises have realized the importance of innovation for the development of enterprises and have put concrete actions into their work to continuously increase investments in scientific and technological innovation and make the development of enterprises enter the fast lane. This paper takes Yueqing, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, as the birthplace of private enterprises, as an example to investigate and summarize the present innovation mode of private enterprises, and to provide a model for the innovation and development of domestic enterprises.
