在新时期的形势下,一个企业的信访维稳工作的稳定做得如何,是检验企业党政组织实践“三个代表”重要思想的标准之一,也是企业的党政组织应尽的重要责任之一。如何理解现阶段新时期企业信访工作的特点,摸清影响企业信访工作的阻碍因素,对企业信访工作具有相当重要的促进作用。通过分析新时期企业信访的特点,找出企业发生信访的原因,提出了改进信访工作的有效途径,如落实企业领导责任制,主动、超前开展预防工作,及时妥善解决问题等。
