Finishing analyzing and analyzing the corrupt elements’ confession records, the key word related to the content of such as the decline of ideals and beliefs and the weak awareness of law and order appeared in more than 95%. As more and more corrupt elements were killed, a large number of confessions recorded also boarded the media side. Ji Jianye, former mayor of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, became the cautionary educational material for some leading cadres in local governments. However, Liu Tienan, former deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission and former director of the National Energy Administration, also burst into tears during the court trial.
