中国工会是中国规模最大、人数最多的工人阶级群众组织。在新世纪,随着我国工人阶级队伍自身的不断进步和壮大,已经成为了推动社会发展的中坚。作为党领导下的中国工会组织,理所当然地担负着维护和巩固党执政的社会基础的伟大使命。加强党的执政能力建设,要求工会必须激励职工追求社会进步和发展的愿望,必须妥善协调各方面的利益关系,必须维护安定团结的社会环境。当前,党在不断提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力过程中,工会组织当务之急就是要在协调劳动关系中发挥自己应有的作用。
The Chinese trade union is the largest and largest working-class mass organization in China. In the new century, as the contingent of the working class in our country continuously advances and expands, it has become the backbone of promoting social development. As the Chinese trade union organization under the leadership of the party, it naturally takes the great mission of safeguarding and consolidating the social foundation of the party in power. To strengthen the building of the party’s ability to govern requires that trade unions must motivate their staff and workers to pursue their aspirations for social progress and development, properly coordinate interests among all parties and maintain the social environment of stability and unity. At present, in the process of continuously improving the ability of building a socialist harmonious society, the top priority of trade unions is to play their due role in coordinating labor relations.
