我厂在外协加工中,承接了一批如图1所示的零件加工。根据工艺按排,在加工完φ26、Ra12.5及φ33_(-0.10)~(-0.05)、Ra1.6尺寸后,即转为内孔和大端面的加工。内孔尺寸较多,分别有φ62H8,φ72J7、3×30°倒角及切槽加工,轴向尺寸也有一定的要求。采用如图2所示的组合夹具,借助中拖板进行多刀切削,用刀头1加工φ62H8,刀头2加工φ72J7,刀头3加工大端面,然后反车切削,用刀头4加工倒角3×30°,刀头5加工2.7_0~(+0.1)矩形槽,一次加工成型,提高工效20多倍。
