How to give full play to the influence and appeal of college student party members plays an important role in deepening the party building in colleges and universities and in launching the activities of creating superior education. This article discusses the connotation of influence and appealing power of college student party members, investigates the influence and charisma of college student party members, finds out the unfavorable factors and puts forward the solutions to promote the party building in colleges and universities and the development of student work.
