各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市人民政府,国务院各部委、各直属机构:为了加强对证券投资基金的管理,保护基金当事人的合法权益,培育证券市场机构投资者,促进证券市场健康、稳定发展,根据国家有关法律和规定,国务院证券委员会制定了《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》,并经国务院批准,现予发布。附件:证券投资基金管理暂行办法
