2005年6月15日,内蒙古自治区扎兰屯市人民法院在内蒙古莫力达瓦达斡尔自治旗开庭审理一起妨碍公务罪的案件。记者申请旁听,但被告之“该案在当地影响甚大,不方便安排旁听,并且主要是该案的7个被告中有两个是年满16周岁未满18周岁的未成年人,所以法院按规定不公开审理”。一位事发地的村民告诉记者,如果该案公开审理,他们村会来200多人旁听。该案的辩护律师内蒙古尤树柴律师事务所律师陶世平对记者说,全呼伦贝尔市的律师都想旁听此案。
