本文通过对不同时间渗硼处理后的渗硼层结构进行X射线衍射分析,对硼化物形成初期的结构特点及其对FeB、Fe_2B生长形态的影响进行了讨论.认为Fe_2B的(200)晶面对Fe_2B形核过程产生重要影响,并导致Fe_2B后期沿<002>方向的择优生长.
In this paper, X-ray diffraction analysis of the boronizing layer after the boronizing treatment at different times is carried out to discuss the structural characteristics of the initial formation of boride and its effect on the growth morphology of FeB and Fe 2 B. It is considered that the (200) Which has an important influence on the nucleation of Fe 2 B and leads to the preferential growth along the <002> direction in the late stage of Fe 2 B.
