一次医疗机构使用中化学消毒剂质量状况调查

目的了解化学消毒剂在医疗机构使用中的问题与质量状况,为改进医疗机构消毒管理水平提供依据。方法采用理化分析和细菌定量检测方法,对重庆市万州区医疗机构使用中化学消毒剂质量状况进行调查与分析。结果从万州区323家医疗机构中共抽检使用中化学消毒剂451件,合格417件,合格率为92.5%。消毒剂有效成分含量合格率为75.20%,细菌指标检测合格率为97.80%。在抽检的各种化学消毒剂品种中,以戊二醛消毒液综合指标合格率较低。结论该地区医疗机构使用中的消毒剂卫生质量整体状况较好,有效成分含量不合格是主要问题。 Objective To understand the problems and quality status of chemical disinfectants in the use of medical institutions and provide basis for improving the disinfection management of medical institutions. Methods Physical and chemical analysis and bacterial quantitative detection methods were used to investigate and analyze the quality of chemical disinfectants used in medical institutions in Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality. Results A total of 451 chemical disinfectants were obtained from 323 medical institutions in Wanzhou District, with a pass rate of 417 and a pass rate of 92.5%. Disinfectant active ingredient content pass rate of 75.20%, bacterial index test pass rate was 97.80%. In the sampling of various chemical disinfectant varieties to glutaraldehyde disinfectant comprehensive index pass rate is low. Conclusion The overall health status of disinfectants in the medical institutions in the region is good, and the unqualified active ingredient is the main problem.
