研究了苯胺甲基键合硅胶固定相的合成及其色谱性能 .采用元素分析、红外光谱对固定相的组成进行了表征 .以甲醇 /水为流动相考察了该固定相的色谱性能 .该固定相具有较好的疏水作用和电荷转移能力 .多环芳烃在该固定相的保留与正十八烷固定相 ( ODS)柱相似 ;硝基苯类、硝基苯酚类和氯苯类的溶质在该固定相保留则存在着电荷转移、偶极 -偶极作用 .同时对封尾前后该固定相的色谱行为进行了比较 .
The synthesis and chromatographic properties of aniline methyl bonded silica stationary phase were studied. The composition of the stationary phase was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The chromatographic properties of the stationary phase were investigated with methanol / water as mobile phase. Phase has good hydrophobicity and charge transfer ability.The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) remain in the stationary phase similar to the column of n-octadecane stationary phase (ODS); the solutes of nitrobenzenes, nitrophenols and chlorobenzenes are in the The stationary phase retained charge transfer, dipole-dipole interaction, and the chromatographic behavior of the stationary phase before and after the end-closure was compared.
