高职院校的教学秘书是学校管理工作的一座桥梁和纽带,具有承上启下的作用,教学秘书的基本素质直接影响着一个学校教学管理工作的好坏,所以要求教学秘书应当具备一定的基本素质。
The teaching secretary in higher vocational colleges is a bridge and link of school management. It plays an important role in the school management. The basic quality of the teaching secretary directly affects the quality of teaching management in a school. Therefore, it is required that the teaching secretary should have certain basic qualities.
