本文介绍一台激光多普勒显微镜。可在直径10μ的线度内以极高的空间分辨率实时显示显微区内流速。给出了狗和大白鼠肠系膜微循环血管内红血球流速测定的实验结果。
This article describes a laser Doppler microscope. The microscopic flow rate can be displayed in real-time at extremely high spatial resolution within a 10μ diameter line. The experimental results of mesenteric microcirculation intravascular erythrocyte flow in dogs and rats are given.
